As a Commissioner of Dayalima Group, he actively guides Klob (youth development) and Dayainara (strategic consulting). Idan is a certified Master Trainer, Executive Coach, People Strategist, University Lecturer, Mentor, and public speaker. Beyond his professional life, he enjoys performing arts and intellectual discussions.

Endah finds joy in helping others reach their full potential. In 1998, she co-founded Daya Dimensi Indonesia to realize this vision. Endah has demonstrated strong leadership and versatility, excelling in diverse roles from consultant to director. With a background in accounting and auditing, she balances risk-taking with meticulous attention to detail. As a Dayalima Group commissioner, Endah oversees various businesses, including Dayalima Recruitment, Dayainara, and Nenilai. She also shares her expertise as a senior lecturer at Universitas Indonesia.

Meike co-founded Dayalima Group in 1998, focusing on business development and helping organizations achieve their goals. A former journalist, she leverages her understanding of people and organizations. Meike leads the Nenilai initiative, a national values assessment program, and participates in a global fellowship exploring the significance of values. She is passionate about personal leadership and has supported numerous institutions in their human capital development and transformation journey

Novi co-founded Daya Dimensi Indonesia in 1998 and continues to drive innovation and technology. Her leadership has shaped advancements like DLABS, online assessments, and Odyssey, powering DDI's innovative solutions. As a woman in STEM and HR, Novi believes in the power of kindness to create meaningful technology. With a background in biology and business, she demonstrates that passion knows no bounds. Novi is a skilled facilitator, TS® interviewer, and organizational development expert. Beyond work, she cherishes family time and enjoys traveling with friends.

Since joining Daya Dimensi Indonesia in 1996, Vina has held the positions of General Manager, Principal Consultant, and Director, overseeing Assessment Center services and Selection Solutions. She has played a pivotal role in leading, managing, and overseeing the delivery of projects and consulting content in various strategic DDI projects in Indonesia. She has led consulting teams in various talent management and assessment center initiatives for strategic and complex projects in large corporations or government institutions. Vina has also been instrumental in ensuring Assessment Center (AC) standards in Indonesia through her role as Secretary-General of the Indonesian AC Task Force (2001-2005) and Vice Chair of PASSTI (2015-present).

Daniel Tumiwa is a key figure in shaping Indonesia's digital landscape. His career highlights include serving as CEO of OLX.co.id, where he led the integration of Tokobagus and Berniaga, along with roles as VP of E-Commerce at Garuda Indonesia and Country Manager for Multiply Indonesia. A key industry leader, he was also an initiator and Former Chairman of the Indonesian E-Commerce Association (IDEA), in addition to his early involvement in the creation of MTV Indonesia and his tenure as Director of Marketing and Sales at Universal Music Indonesia.
